To dry, place the cashmere in its original shape on a dry-clean towel. Gently roll up the garment and towel together. Do not wring or twist. On a separate dry towel, lay the cashmere down and smooth it back to its original shape again. 3. Always Fold Your Cashmere Cashmere pieces are unlike other sweaters you have, hanging them in the closet will change their shape. When storing cashmere sweaters, always fold them and lay them flat in a wardrobe or dresser.
